Are you ready to receive the power God has for you?

God’s power is no secret.  It is available to anyone who believes in Him and accepts the free gift of salvation.  You can go to God right now – right where you are!  There is no need to “clean up” first.  He already knows everything about you.  He loves you and wants to save you!

All you have to do is ask.

And it shall come to pass,
that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord
shall be saved. – Acts 2:21

The first step to access God’s ultimate power requires believing in Him and receiving the free gift of salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ.  (John 3:3) Once you accept this free gift of salvation, you are born again within your spirit and you become a new creature with Christ.  You may look the same, feel the same and act the same at first, but God is on the inside of you working on your behalf.  God heals, restores and empowers you!

Therefore if any man be in Christ,
he is a new creature:
old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new. – 2 Corinthians 5:17

Once you are ready, you can take the first step by simply acknowledging Him and receiving salvation.  Remember, God knows your heart so just communicate with Him in your own words. If you need a little help, here is an example of a prayer of salvation that you can confess aloud:

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you just as I am.
Thank you God for loving me so much that you sent your only Son to save me.
I repent of my sins.  I believe and accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
I believe that Jesus was crucified on the cross
and that His blood cleanses me of all my sins.
I believe in my heart that you, God, raised Jesus from the dead
and He now sits at your right hand in Heaven.
You have sent the Holy Spirit to guide me.
It is by your mercy, love and grace that I receive this free gift by faith.
I am now your child, Almighty God, and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ. Amen

Praise God! The day you receive salvation is the most impactful day of your life! Friend, I encourage you to continue to seek God, study His Word for yourself, and fellowship with other believers.  Learn all you can about why He sent His only son to redeem you.  The more you understand about God’s ways, the more you will appreciate His power now residing in you!
